Clean Lines Exeter is a sole-trader cleaning business based in Exeter, Devon. When we refer to “we”, “our” or “us” we mean Clean Lines Exeter. You can contact us at cleanlineexeter@gmail.com or 07842 510516.

What we collect

Contact details — name, phone number, email, property address you provide when requesting a quote or booking.
Job details — property type, number of rooms, extras, preferred date/time, access notes.
Photos you optionally upload with a quote or booking request.
Basic analytics — anonymous page-view data to improve the site.

How we use it

We only use your information to:

Reply to your quote or booking request.
Deliver the cleaning service you booked.
Send you booking confirmations and reminders by email or WhatsApp.
Keep basic records for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Lawful basis

We rely on contract (to deliver the service you asked for), legitimate interests (to run our business) and, where required, your consent.

Sharing

We use a small number of processors to run the business — the hosting platform for this website and Google Workspace for email. They only handle your data on our instructions and are UK GDPR compliant.

Retention

Enquiries and quotes: up to 12 months. Booking records and invoices: up to 6 years, as required by HMRC. Photos: deleted within 30 days unless needed for an ongoing job or dispute.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email cleanlineexeter@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
